Our compassionate and dedicated staff members are experienced in all aspects of care for the elderly with cognitive and/or physical impairments. We specialize in Alzheimers and dementia. They are CPR certified. Staff receives ongoing and mandatory annual training specifically designed to meet the needs of the adults at The Golden Years Adult Day Care. 

Small group therapies offer reminiscence, validation therapy, and other ability level-specific games, crafts, and activities for those with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.

Together these aspects will help participants improve their quality of life, maintain or slow health deterioration often associated with aging and to keep participants as independent as possible. Days are spent socializing, laughing, sharing stories and smiling.
